I asked Hayley if she could beat my quote for my dream trip to the Maldives. She not only beat the quote by quite a lot but showed me other islands, resorts and options. I was emailing her most days with questions which she always got back to me quickly and certainly within the day. At one point I couldn’t choose between 3 resorts and kept changing my mind but she had the patience of a saint, nothing was too much trouble for her and she remained professional at all times.
